We experienced some truly authentic moments in the cellar, when Vasilis shared with us the vision of his grandfather, refugee from Cappadocia, a vision that he himself still holds. He led us to memories of the soul!! The Greek Mythology: the wine! Dionysus – son of Zeus and Semeli – together with his wife Ariadne/Knowledge and the help of the King of Ikaria who offered them a vine as a gift, they spread its cultivation!! …… “…drink from that all of you….” Mathew’s Gospel…
